Cabonnay products are often small-batch, or customized, or limited in quantity or artist created. As such, with few exceptions, ALL sales online are assumed final and cannot be returned. Replacements cannot be guaranteed. Cabonnay’s online store offers products online exclusives that are not available in our Emporium. Online purchase items cannot be returned to our store location. Other nonreturnable purchases include digital content, completed services, consumable items, opened perishable items and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary or missing major contents due to customer negligence.

RETURNS: If you receive a product that is defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it according to the instructions provided via shipping and we'll arrange for a replacement.
