Clean the chicken breasts and poke tiny holes with a sharp knife. These holes will allow the marinated to penetrate the chicken. Set Aside. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the juice of three lemon, 2 Tbsp of olive oil, and 3 crushed garlic cloves. Stir well. Add the chicken to the bowl and throughly coat the breasts. Place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
