We are days away from Thanksgiving and our menu prepping is in full effect. If you are looking for a sweet treat to serve before or after your Thanksgiving dinner we highly recommend incorporating this delicious apple treat into your Thanksgiving feast!
This wine cocktail is so easy to make and will completely impress your guests with the perfect amount of sweet and bubbly. There is no wrong time to enjoy sparkling wine!
What You Will Need:
2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
How To Make The Apple Cider Sparkling Wine Cocktail:
Mix the cinnamon and sugar together on a plate until mixed completely. Take each glass (I chose to use stemless wine glasses but you can use champagne glasses, or wine glasses) and wet each rim with water. Once throughly soaked, dip the rim of the glass in the cinnamon and sugar until completely coated.
Once your glasses are rimmed with the cinnamon and sugar you can prepare your apple garnish. This is an optional step. The apple is purely for show but adds an element of elegance to this drink. Cut the apple into slices. Tip: cut a slit in each apple slice to easily add the apple slice to the rim of each glass.
Fill each glass half full with Apple cider. You can add as much or as little of the apple cider depending on your preference. I always try to use Organic Apple Cider because it gives it that natural and pure flavor.
Top off each glass with Sparkling Wine. We chose to use La Marca Prosecco, which is a delicious, golden, Italian sparkling wine with a beautiful citrus flavor and persistent, full textured bubbles.
Garnish with an apple and Enjoy this sweet delicious Sparkling Wine Cocktail!
